1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using Doc360, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Doc360 service
Doc360 provides tools for organizing and managing documents and related information. Features may include document storage, viewing, downloading, scanning, OCR, auto-fill, categories, people records, reminders, synchronization, and other document-management functions.
Features may differ by device, app version, account status, subscription plan, region, and technical availability.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, controlling access to your device, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must not share access in a way that violates your plan limits or attempt to access another user's account without permission.
4. Your documents and content
You retain ownership of documents, images, text, and other content you upload or create in Doc360.
You grant us a limited right to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, synchronize, back up, improve, and provide the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload, store, and process your content.
5. Free plan and advertising
Doc360 may offer a free or limited plan. Free or ad-supported versions may show advertisements and may have limits on documents, storage, features, usage, or other functionality.
We may change free-plan limits or available features from time to time. Where appropriate, material changes will be reflected in the app or plan information.
6. Paid subscriptions
Doc360 may offer recurring subscription plans that unlock additional features, increased limits, reduced or removed advertising, or other benefits shown at the time of purchase.
Plan names, prices, billing periods, included features, and trial or promotional terms are displayed in the app or Google Play purchase flow before you subscribe.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, subject to the terms shown by Google Play.
7. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Android subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. Your Google Play account will be charged according to the plan and billing period you select.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while allowing access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Google Play states otherwise.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies, applicable law, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
If pricing or subscription features change, any required notice or consent will be provided through the app, Google Play, or another appropriate channel.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Doc360 for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or store.
- Attempt to bypass security, access controls, plan limits, subscriptions, or payment mechanisms.
- Interfere with the service, servers, accounts, networks, or other users.
- Reverse engineer, exploit, scrape, attack, or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use Doc360 to distribute malware, malicious code, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person's rights.
9. Third-party services
Doc360 may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads, and Google ML Kit. Those services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.
10. Availability, backups, and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, device issues, network problems, third-party outages, or other events may temporarily affect Doc360.
You should keep appropriate copies of important documents. Doc360 should not be treated as the only copy of critical legal, financial, identity, health, education, employment, or other important records.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.
11. Intellectual property
Doc360, including its software, interface, branding, design, text, logos, and other service materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Doc360 in accordance with these terms.
12. Disclaimers
Doc360 is a document-management tool. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance, government, or professional advice.
OCR and auto-fill features may make mistakes. You are responsible for checking extracted text, dates, names, numbers, and other details before saving or relying on them.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use Doc360.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using Doc360 at any time. You may also request account deletion using an available in-app feature or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, non-payment, unlawful activity, or serious violations of these terms.
Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored content.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in your country or region. Any dispute will be handled by a court or authority with competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires another forum.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions when our service, plans, legal obligations, or business practices change. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
