Permissions
Depending on the feature you use, Doc360 may request access to the camera, photos, media, or files so you can capture, select, scan, upload, view, and manage documents. We use these permissions only to provide the feature you choose to use.
3. Documents, scanning, and OCR
Doc360 lets you capture or select document images and use optical character recognition (OCR) to help extract text and pre-fill form fields.
Where supported, OCR processing may occur on your device using Google ML Kit or similar on-device components. Some document files or extracted details may also be stored locally on your device and/or on our service infrastructure when you use account, backup, or synchronization features.

Advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, app activity related to ad delivery, and diagnostic information. Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required, we may present consent or privacy-choice controls before using certain advertising technologies.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Doc360 may offer free and paid subscription plans. Purchases made through the Android app are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
We may receive subscription-related information from Google Play, such as purchase status, product or plan identifier, transaction reference, renewal status, and entitlement information, so we can activate and manage paid features.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device access secure.
The Doc360 website may use essential session or security cookies needed for sign-in, authentication, and service operation.
9. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Doc360, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
When information is deleted, residual copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or disaster-recovery systems before being removed according to our normal retention processes.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information.
You can also manage certain app permissions through Android settings, manage advertising choices through available consent controls or device settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
If Doc360 provides an in-app account-deletion option, you can use that feature. You may also contact us to request account or data deletion.
