Delete your Doc360 account
You can request deletion of your Doc360 account and associated account data. Cancelling a paid subscription and deleting your account are separate actions.
How to request deletion
Email us from the email address associated with your Doc360 account.
This helps us identify and process the request correctly.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
What may be deleted
Subject to applicable law and technical requirements, deletion can include your account profile and associated user content stored by Doc360. Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup recovery periods.
Subscriptions
If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it separately through Google Play subscription settings to prevent future renewals. Deleting your Doc360 account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Do not send your password or unnecessary sensitive documents by email.
